Staff brilliant facilities disgusting due to having to sit in a room for 4 hrs prior to surgery. No window, no sun, hard back chair not allowing me to be at ease and feel relaxed.

The nurse's were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. On arrival had to wait in a day room. Sat in theatre good for 4 hrs with male visitors present!!
